Important Information
Someone Must Be Available
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. Our delivery personnel will only hand over products to the named recipient or a designated alternative.
Delivery Window
You'll receive an SMS on Saturday morning with your estimated delivery window (2-hour range). Our team will call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
Immediate Refrigeration
While our products arrive chilled, we recommend refrigerating or freezing immediately upon receipt. Use refrigerated products within 3-5 days or freeze for longer storage.
Quality Issues
If you notice any quality issues upon delivery, please report them within 2 hours with photos. We stand behind our products and will replace or refund any items that don't meet our standards.
